Theme: You Are God's Chosen and Royal Daughter

"You will be a crown of splendor in the Lord’s hand, a royal diadem in the hand of your God." – Isaiah 62:3

You are God's chosen and royal daughter.

I am certain of my identity. I am the first daughter of Lurline Robinson. I am the second daughter of my father, though for a time, I believed I was the only daughter. I know that I am the wife of Kevin Anthony Danvers and the mother of Shaqueena and Nathaniel Danvers. I have four brothers and three sisters. These are unchangeable facts. But who am I beyond these roles?

We dedicate so much of our lives to our jobs, titles, and positions—things that can change in an instant. We often derive our sense of accomplishment from pleasing others, yet our true splendor comes from Jesus Christ. He defines who we are and who we are meant to be. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. God took His time to design each of us.

We are daughters of the King, which makes us royalty. Yet, sometimes we live as if we do not carry royal blood. We come from a divine lineage, and God has given us His crown. I call on you today—reclaim your crown and walk like royalty. Live like royalty.

If your crown is slipping, fix it. Hold onto your crown and walk confidently in Jesus. Experience has shown me that many crown-stealers lurk around us daily. The enemy strategically places them where we spend the most time. If it's at work, they dress up and show up. If it’s at church, they arrive in suits and high heels. Even in your own bed, they try to steal your crown. But if you truly value it, you will not allow anyone to cause you to lose it.

You are chosen, and your crown cannot be given away. Women of God, rise up and walk in the beauty that God has designed for you. Daughters of the King, know who your Father is and to whom you belong. You are not poor—you are rich!

You are chosen. You are valuable. Know your worth.

For seven years, I longed for a deep well to water my plants. I wrestled with the cost of digging one, nearly $1,500 CI. Finally, I resolved to pay for it. But then, I remembered seeing a pipe at the far end of our property. I asked my husband to cut it and pull it up. Inside, there was another pipe extending 15 feet underground. I realized—we already had a deep well! We just had not tapped into the source.

We are daughters of the King, yet many of us do not acknowledge our inheritance. We have greatness within us, but we live as if we are impoverished. We are royalty, yet we behave like peasants. The way we present and value ourselves determines how others treat us. Reclaim your glory and walk with your head held high—not in arrogance, but in humility.

Step into your purpose. Walk in dignity. Allow God to place His robe of righteousness upon you. Do not let anyone belittle you or drag you into the dirt when God has prepared streets of gold for you. Do not let a man hold a house over your head when God has prepared a mansion for you. Do not sleep with a man to pay your grocery bill when God has already set a table for you. Do not seek covering under the wrong sheets when God has covered you with His righteousness. Rise up and claim your new birth. Claim your inheritance.

Do not forget who you are and to whom you belong.

Prayer:
Lord, help us to recognize our worth in You. Remind us daily that we are Your chosen daughters, fearfully and wonderfully made. Give us the strength to walk in the fullness of our divine inheritance. Let us wear our crowns with dignity and purpose, never allowing the enemy to steal what You have given us. Amen.
