COURAGE FOR THE UNKNOWN
Psalm 27:1: 'The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall, I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?'

The unknown has a way of shaking even the strongest hearts. It asks questions we cannot answer and reveals paths we cannot predict. Yet amid uncertainty, God offers us something far greater than clarity—He offers Himself. Psalm 27:1 reminds us that courage is born not from knowing what lies ahead, but from knowing Who walks beside us.
Testimony Reflection:
There was a season in my life when everything felt unstable. Plans collapsed, relationships shifted, and the security I once relied on seemed to disappear overnight. I remember praying, Lord, I do not know where to go from here.’ I expected God to give me a detailed map, but instead, He gave me something better—His steady presence.
Little by little, I discovered that courage does not always roar. Sometimes it comes quietly, like a whisper to your spirit: ‘Do not fear. I am with you.’ Looking back at 2025 and the crucibles that I have been through, the unknown was not a threat—it was an invitation. An invitation to trust God more deeply through the process, to lean on Him more completely, and to walk in His strength rather than my own.
Encouragement:
You may be standing in your own season of uncertainty, a difficult decision, or simply the unknowns of 2026. Yet Psalm 27 offers three steady truths to anchor your heart:
• God is your Light — He will reveal the next step exactly when you need it.
• God is your Salvation — your victory and security rest in Him alone.
• God is your Strength — you never walk into the unknown by yourself.
And as you pause and look at the pieces of your life that feel unclear, remember this: God has never once failed you. Every past season carries quiet evidence of His faithfulness. Even when the process did not make sense, His light was always enough to guide your next step.
Today is no different. Choose to stand with that confidence. Choose to trust that the same God who opened unexpected doors, carried you through hard battles, and sustained you in your weakest moments—that same God is guiding you now.
He is already ahead of you preparing the way. He is beside you, strengthening your heart.
He is within you, giving you courage. You are not stepping into uncertainty—
you are stepping into God’s unfailing faithfulness.
Isaiah 41:10 (NIV)
“Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.”
Isaiah reminds us that courage is not the absence of fear, but the confidence to move forward because God is already waiting in your tomorrow.
Prayer of Guidance:
Father, I place every unknown part of my life into Your hands. Shine Your light on my path and steady my heart with Your strength. When fear rises, remind me that You are my salvation and my refuge. Guide my steps, quiet my spirit, and give me the courage to trust You completely. Walk with me into the future You have prepared, when my faith feels small, lift my eyes back to You. Let Your peace quiet every doubt and Your presence strengthen every step. Anchor my heart in Your promises, and help me move forward with boldness, knowing Your plans are good and Your love never fails.
In Jesus’ name, Amen

Praise the Lord! God is all wise.
